Volusia TPO 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP)
The Volusia TPO staff and committees spent approximately two years developing a transportation plan that best suits the needs of the planning area as forecasted between 2010 and 2035.  The effort included data collection, traffic forecasting, public involvement, financial projections and project development.  The primary elements comprising the Volusia TPO 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) were approved as they were developed and the plan summary, including the major capacity projects, was adopted on September 28, 2010.
