Each year the Volusia TPO solicits project applications from local governments to compete for federal and state transportation funding.  From these applications the TPO  develops a draft list of priorities that it makes available for the public to review and comment on. The TPO Board held a public hearing to solicit input before adopting the current lists of priority projects at their August 28, 2011.
